Creative Visualizer

The Concept Designer is a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing innovative and engaging visual concepts for our advertising collateral. This includes creating original artwork, page layouts, and final release-ready artwork for various channels, such as print, in-store, digital, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design visual concepts for all marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other marketing team members to create strategic and well-thought-out ideas and designs.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share new ideas to maintain and elevate the brand aesthetic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into our creative work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising/Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design position.
- This role requires in-person attendance 4 days a week at our Store Support Center in Hudson, OH. Flexibility to work remotely when requested is determined by management and business needs.
- Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Move around an office space and between buildings on a large campus, including reaching for files, retail product, supplies, or equipment.
- Work standard business hours and extended hours as needed based on task and project demands.
- Utilize all communication styles, including written, verbal, and electronic options.
- Lift and carry office supplies, documents, retail product, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds as needed for tasks such as organizing or setting up workstations.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Animation, interaction design, video, and photo editing skills are a plus.
