We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC systems, and lighting.
- Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
- Maintain the exterior grounds and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
