- Respond to resident needs, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations.
- In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
