Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

* This is a Full-Time Day position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM *

The CT Imaging Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the Radiology Department to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, fostering staff development, and adhering to regulatory standards. The supervisor will also promote exceptional service skills and effective problem resolution.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Manage daily operations and staff activities.
  • Collaborate with all imaging modalities to enhance workflow, patient communication, and satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and implement service recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide education to staff, patients, and their families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
  • State certification as a Radiologic Technician.
  • ARRT Registered Radiographer.
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a staff technologist is required.
  • Experience in multiple imaging modalities is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
