Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Pharmacy department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our pharmacists in providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process prescriptions and assist with customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized Pharmacy area, including stocking and rotating merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate cash registers and other equipment as needed
  • Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
