We are seeking a skilled Dishware Attendant to join our team at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Job Overview

The Dishware Attendant is responsible for washing pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand while following company-approved washing techniques. This includes maintaining clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and provide efficient service to our guests.

About the Role
  • Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply).
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
