Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.">
  • Assist with medical treatments, such as administering medications and performing wound care.">
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.">
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.">

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.">
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.">
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
