Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Deployed Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, documenting, and coordinating all training activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees and identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand employee training needs and develop training plans to meet specific requirements.
  • Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet the needs of the organization and inform employees about training options.
  • Track and report training outcomes and provide feedback to program participants and management.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology to ensure effectiveness.
  • Maintain employee training records and review and audit employee training files for compliance and records management.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment and handle logistics for training activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in education, training, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of training experience required; experience with Learning Management Systems and Web Delivery tools is preferred.
  • Organizational experience in government contracting environments is preferred, and bilingual in English and Spanish is also preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
