We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our team at our Polson, MT Downtown branch.

Job Summary

This is an entry-level position responsible for daily teller transactions in both the lobby and drive-up locations of the branch. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service and develop and maintain client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional Retail products and other lines of business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Process a high volume of daily teller transactions using our current teller platform.
  • Responsible for the effective use of 360View, including Activities, Incidents, and Referrals to business partners.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
