Job Overview

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading patients through the clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance process. Your exceptional communication skills will help patients understand their financial options and make informed decisions about their oral health.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a medical front office environment
  • Computer literacy, preferably with QSI/Denticon experience
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is desired
