Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one therapy, following the ABA program set up by a Board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA).

You will work closely with our team to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserve.

Our compensation is very competitive, and we offer supportive supervision, with a BCBA on site.

You will continuously monitor the client's response to treatment through data collection methods written and supervised by a BCBA.

Requirements
  • RBT Certification (Required)
  • Experience: 1 year as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent
  • Great writing and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
