Opportunity Highlights:- Outpatient only
- Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
- Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
- Call is 1:8 or 9
- 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
- Avg 18-24 patients per day
- Social worker onsite
- Access to Clinical Pharmacist
- Excellent Behavioral Health resources
- Competitive 2 year salary guarantee then RVU-based
- Fully funded pension IN ADDITION TO 403B match
- 24 days of PTA
- CME Time - 5 Days
- CME Allowance
- Per-Occurrence based Med Mal (no need for Tail)
- Loan repayment through Bright Horizons (for qualified candidates only)
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
