Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at a high-quality Christian childcare center. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role

This role will involve planning and presenting age-appropriate activities for children, instructing them in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth, and creating a fun and safe learning environment. You will also develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime, establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents, communicate with parents on students' growth and progress, and maintain the health and safety of all students.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and present educational activities for infants and toddlers
  • Instruct children in activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all students
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in early childhood education, teaching, or a related field preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus benefits, including healthcare options and paid time off.
