Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

Brandon Herndon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in servicing our existing client base, developing new business opportunities, and supervising team activity and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, including daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
