Position: Lead Cashier

Position Overview:

• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions
• Keep the register area tidy and organized
• Engage with customers positively
• Assist with end-of-day store procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily operational objectives set by management
• Welcome customers and maintain a courteous attitude
• Manage refunds, credits, and exchanges effectively
• Promote store initiatives to customers
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards within the store

Lead Cashier Responsibilities:

• Support in training new staff members
• Supervise cashier operations daily
• Ensure cash control and reconcile cash registers
• Communicate with management regarding any cash discrepancies

Cashier Qualifications:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
