Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Female Locker Room Associate to enhance the experience of our members at Equinox.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the female locker rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and inviting for all members and guests.
  • Overseeing the tidiness of storage, laundry, exercise, and coat areas.
  • Ensuring a sufficient supply of towels is available in the locker room.
  • Assisting with special events as needed.
  • Communicating with the Maintenance Manager regarding any immediate maintenance needs.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with athletic equipment and familiarity with cleaning products and tools.
  • Strong skills in customer service, organization, communication, and multitasking.
