Fabrication Specialist Opportunity

Tutti Quanti, LLC is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in southern Portland. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for performing fitting operations based on project requirements, analyzing and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality of fabricated metal components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform fitting operations based on project requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specified standards and tolerances.
  • Maintain fitting equipment and tools in good working order.
  • Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time and to specification.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of real-world fitting work experience or completion of a fabrication program.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in tape measure and blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge in GMAW, Oxy-Acetylene torch cutting, plasma cutting.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
Work Schedule:

Day Shift: 5am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday

Swing Shift: 2pm-12:30am, Monday to Friday (every 3rd Friday off)

Compensation: $23 per hour, plus $2 per hour differential for Swing Shift
