Job Overview
In the role of Mechanical Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing designs and managing dedicated project teams across diverse sectors such as Educational Facilities, Critical Infrastructure, Retail Environments, Data Centers, Government Projects, and Commercial Developments. This position is ideal for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years in the Mechanical sector and at least 5 years in the construction field.
Key Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in the Mechanical Industry
- At least 5 years of experience in construction
- P.E. License in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Proficient in Revit software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to manage project teams effectively
- Experience in at least two of the following sectors: Educational Facilities, Critical Infrastructure, Retail Environments, Data Centers, Government Projects, Commercial Developments
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a combination of on-site presence and remote work.
Flexible Schedule
The work schedule provides flexibility, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote workdays.
