The Pennington School is a vibrant and inclusive community that values diversity and excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to join our Operations team.

• This is a full-time, non-exempt position working forty+ hours a week from April to October, 2024
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the campus landscape and performing general maintenance activities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintaining the appearance of the campus by performing overall grounds maintenance
• Performing general maintenance activities on all buildings
• Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure
• Assisting with the preparation of event set-ups and breakdowns

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience with grounds maintenance and equipment
• Ability to operate heavy grounds equipment, light grounds equipment, power equipment, school vehicles
• Experience with general maintenance, repairs, and carpentry

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
