Your Role:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will connect with customers to understand their unique needs. Your goal is to deliver personalized customer service, ensuring they receive the wireless products and services that best suit them.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate retail sales of mobile devices, including phones, tablets, and smartwatches, alongside wireless services while providing exceptional customer service.
2. Create additional sales opportunities through innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Department and community events.
3. Maintain a thorough and current understanding of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate product capabilities effectively.
4. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and various administrative tasks.
5. Develop and track action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to foster relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is essential.
- A strong motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel in a retail environment.
- A passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp wireless concepts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
