We are currently seeking a seasoned Interior Designer to collaborate with our client in Birmingham, AL on various office and commercial projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and architectural plans.
  2. Oversee project coordination among project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting authorities.
  3. Requirements:
  • NCIDQ certification
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design with 5+ years of experience
Requirements (continued):
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of design trends, construction methods, and material applications
  • Advanced expertise in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), architectural and interior finishes, lighting, art, and accessories

Additional Information:

Pay Rate: $60k - $90k

Term: Direct Hire
