We are seeking a Cardiac Care Specialist to join HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a medical telemetry environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized plans of care for patients on Telemetry Unit.
- Evaluate patient's condition and develop a plan of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients on Telemetry Unit.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient's condition and treatment plan.
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
