Travel Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Marinette, Wisconsin. As a Physical Therapist with Travel Nurse Across America, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, while enjoying a high level of compensation and benefits.

Job Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • State-specific licensing and BLS certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology
Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and create a plan of care for patients in the acute care setting
  • Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
  • Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
  • Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
  • Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
