Salary

The starting salary for this role is $45,000 per year, with opportunities for wage increases as you progress from Express to Certified to Master Technician. Your hard work and dedication will be recognized and rewarded with competitive compensation.

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Automotive Service Technician to join our Express Maintenance Team. As a member of our team, you will learn the fundamentals of automotive systems, estimate time of service or repair job, and communicate parts requirements via repair orders. You will also gain knowledge of approved procedures for conducting service and repairs, as well as quality control and inspection requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prior technician experience is a plus, and working knowledge of automotive tools and shop equipment. A professional work ethic, good judgment, and the ability to exercise initiative are essential qualities we look for in our team members.
