About the Role

Arosa is seeking a skilled RN Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating services for our clients, while serving as a clinical expert to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight to in-home caregivers and perform routine supervisory visits as required by NC State Regulations.
  • Mentor and guide caregivers within their assigned region, providing education on clinical issues as needed.
  • Deliver in-home nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and other tasks as required.
  • Conduct intake assessments and consultations, as well as performance management and community outreach activities.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of experience in nursing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess PC literacy.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in nursing, with a focus on care management and clinical leadership.
