We are seeking a dedicated Family Advocate - Case Management and Support to join our team at Texas Family Care Network. In this role, you will be responsible for providing case management and support services to families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide wraparound services and support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and outcomes

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Clearances: State, FBI, and Child Abuse and Neglect Clearances; Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation
