POSITION OVERVIEW:
Join our dedicated pediatric therapy team, providing in-home services to children in need. We are seeking a skilled physical therapist to work with various pediatric conditions, including cerebral palsy and developmental challenges. Our organization values a balanced work-life approach and offers a flexible schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform initial evaluations and assessments, documenting findings in accordance with established templates.
2. Conduct therapy sessions within the comfort of the patient’s home.
3. Educate parents and develop home care plans.
4. Execute physical therapy techniques, measurements, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments for patients in their home environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state, in good standing.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Must possess a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
- Capability to perform home visits and deliver physical therapy evaluations and treatments effectively, ensuring timely documentation.
- Experience in early intervention is preferred.

JOB TYPES:
Available positions include Full-time, Part-time, and Per diem.

PAY:
Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary of $75,000.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Employees can choose their hours, with availability from Monday to Friday.

CERTIFICATIONS:
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)

COMMUTE:
Ability to travel within the designated service area is essential.

WORK LOCATION:
This position requires in-person engagement.
