At Pearce, we're seeking a skilled Local Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician III. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our nation's wireless and wireline telecom, commercial, and utility-scale solar and wind projects.
About the Role:- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to wind turbine generators and related equipment.
- Operate company vehicles safely and legally.
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete and maintain required documentation and records using computer-based service reporting tools.
This role requires GWO Certification, either existing or available through Pearce Training Program. Core experience includes 3 years of wind maintenance with GWO certification preferred. You'll work in confined spaces, meet customer and company standards, and adhere to OSHA/DOT Standards.
