Special Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet their changing needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Current Arizona Special Education Instructional Certificate.
- Proven experience working with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
