We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our skilled nursing facility in Haverstraw, NY.

About the Role

As an LPN at Northern Riverview Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and recording vital signs and health information from new residents
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs)
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member

  • Competitive base rate of $30.13 with a $1 shift differential for evening and nights
