Mobile Systems Engineer - HVAC/R

Role Overview:
As a Mobile Systems Engineer, you will operate with a degree of autonomy while managing service requests. You will utilize your technical skills to conduct preventive maintenance and repair work on various facilities, systems, and equipment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily maintenance tasks, emergency repairs, and preventive upkeep, ensuring documentation of progress.
  • Maintain and repair lighting systems, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs.
  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, welding, and furniture assembly as required.
  • Inspect and assess building systems, including fire alarms and HVAC/R, to ensure optimal operation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, and HVAC/R systems.
  • Review and estimate time and materials for assigned work orders, procuring necessary supplies.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work order progress and completion.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or trade school training.
  • Universal EPA or CFC Certification.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A solid understanding of safety practices in the workplace.
