Job Title: Psych ARNP

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Peninsula Community Health Services - Bremerton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health care to our patients, working collaboratively with Primary Care Providers, Psychiatric Specialists, and other Behavioral Health Providers to develop treatment programs that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Practice behavioral health within the scope of our clinical program, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Determine diagnoses based on DSM-V criteria, developing treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.
  • Prescribe psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat emotional or behavioral disorders, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with our Primary Care Providers, Psychiatric Specialists, and other Behavioral Health Providers to develop treatment programs that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Offer ongoing informal education to our staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Assist our organization's outreach efforts as requested, helping to promote our services and engage with our community.
  • Utilize our electronic health record system to document patient care and communicate with our team.
  • Monitor and precept relevant provider and care staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications:
  • Active ARNP License in Washington State.
  • Active DEA Certification.
  • Active CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
