Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to meet the diverse needs of our guests.
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales revenue and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of orders and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender, with a strong understanding of mixology and beverage service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
