We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, competent, and compassionate care to patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
- Two years full-time ER RN experience required.
- RQI BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines.
- TNCC required within 1 year of hire.
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
