Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers, increasing revenue and enhancing their experience.
- Enter accurate data into our system while speaking with customers.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- You must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Candidates must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.
- A competitive salary ranging from $27,669 to $51,188, based on qualifications and experience.
- Guaranteed weekly base compensation and uncapped sales commission.
