Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly rate for this position, with opportunities to accumulate overtime based on experience, skill level, and availability. The estimated annual salary range for this Physical Therapist role in Lancaster and surrounding areas is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on the individual's qualifications and performance.

Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist with Compassionate Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Evaluating patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, and participating in the development of the total plan of care.
  2. Determining priority needs for physical therapy and directing treatment accordingly.
  3. Instructing patients and their families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
  4. Reporting to physicians any changes in patient condition or reaction to treatment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  1. A master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  2. Licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state (if applicable).
  3. At least one year of relevant experience as a physical therapist, preferably in community/home health settings.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational abilities.
  5. Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
