Job OverviewThe New Washington State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill a Full-Time Floating Relationship Banker position. This role will involve traveling and working at multiple branch locations to provide excellent customer service and support the efficient operations of the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting Customer Satisfaction
    • Consistently provide excellent customer service to promote good customer relations
  • Transaction Processing
    • Process transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, etc.
  • Customer Support
    • Issue personal money orders and cashiers checks
    • Answer customer inquiries
  • Branch Operations
    • Perform daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch

Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Technical Skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and internet applications
    • Ability to learn and effectively use software tools
  • Experience
    • 1 year of prior Customer Service experience (preferably as a Teller)
