The Certified Peer Specialist will provide peer support services to youth and families participating in our Intensive Customized Care Coordination (IC3) Program. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish and maintain relationships with peers based on mutuality and common connection. They will also be skilled in utilizing lived experience to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
