Role Responsibilities:
- Design, assemble, and install solar arrays and mounting systems.
- Assist with the electrical wiring of solar energy products.
- Prepare and maintain job sites.
- Gather materials required for each installation project.

- Act as a field representative for Exact Solar, maintaining professionalism and integrity in customer interactions.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in roofing, construction, carpentry, or related trades is advantageous.
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials, including ladders, inverters, solar panels, and roofing supplies.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
