Compliance Specialist

At Kenny's Candy & Confections, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to lead and manage compliance initiatives across our Perham, MN facility.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regulatory Compliance Officer to develop and maintain a system to ensure that all products manufactured by Kenny's Candy & Confections meet customer and company food safety standards. This role is responsible for performing, directing, and assisting in the development and implementation of food safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

• This position reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for managing the corrective and preventive action program, overseeing new item entry into ERP systems, and maintaining internal sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• The successful candidate will also facilitate regulatory visits and inspections, manage certification audits, and update communication/performance boards.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
