Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook at Cattle shed wine bar, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  • Maintenance of product presentations, product quality, food safety, and cook time standards.
  • Setup and maintenance of equipment, verification of stock levels, and cleaning of cooking equipment.
  • Preparation of ingredients and supplies, including checking inventory levels, dates, and temperatures.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with knives, slicing, and other food preparation equipment.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
