Company Overview

Access Dubuque is seeking a skilled Sign Maker to enhance our team.

Position Summary

The Sign Maker will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of various signage, ensuring high-quality standards and precision in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CNC machinery to accurately cut and shape materials for signage.
  • Engage in assembly and fabrication processes to transform design concepts into finished products.
  • Operate essential tools and machinery for sign production.
  • Employ welding techniques to securely join sign components when necessary.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to adhere to sign specifications.
  • Maintain exceptional quality control throughout the fabrication process.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sign fabrication or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in CNC operation, machine handling, fabrication, welding, and reading blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday, with optional overtime available on Fridays.
