Job Description

We are seeking a Family Physician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you will provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO)
  • An active state license required; DEA preferred
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date

In this role, you will enjoy:

  • A smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
  • More time with your patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes
  • Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks
