Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming visitors, managing phone inquiries, and directing clients and their pets to examination areas.
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Communicating and clarifying fees, including processing payments accurately.
  • Advising clients on product and service options, including medication and care recommendations.
  • Responding to inquiries about products and services, while educating clients on general pet care practices.
  • Maintaining and organizing medical records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including the removal of waste.
