Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs to enhance communication abilities.
- Evaluate speech and language skills through screenings and assessments.
- Conduct thorough evaluations in areas of concern.
- Facilitate therapy sessions aligned with individual care plans and assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate in the creation of personalized care plans using a multidisciplinary approach.
- Reassess patients as required by state regulations.
- Engage in meetings regarding individual patient cases when necessary.
- Consult with parents, administration, and other staff members.
- Work in partnership with community organizations and multidisciplinary teams focused on children's speech-language health.
- Promote patient development and progress towards therapy goals.
- Identify patients at risk for future communication difficulties.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
- Manage caseloads, services, and scheduling effectively.
- Provide individualized therapy based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with professionals, families, and educators.
- Deliver services through teletherapy on various platforms.
- Offer operational and administrative support to the Clinical Manager and leadership team.

Required Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing, and pragmatic language disorders.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to comply with federal and state licensure and certification requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and creativity in approach.
- Proficient diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Awareness of the need to engage with culturally diverse communities.
- Commitment to staying updated on best practices and therapy techniques in the field.
- Experience in assessment, scoring, and interpreting evaluations and screenings.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Maryland state licensure and ASHA Certification in good standing.
- Relevant experience in speech-language pathology.
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Pediatric experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teletherapy experience.

Working Conditions:
- Employees in this role are not expected to encounter blood-borne pathogens.

Physical Demands - Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
