In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier technical talent to support our diverse range of projects and clients.

• Sourcing & Screening: You will actively engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and educational institutions. Your expertise in evaluating resumes and conducting phone interviews will be crucial in identifying candidates who possess the necessary skills and experience to excel within our dynamic environment.
• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with technical schools, universities, government agencies, and workforce development organizations will be essential to expanding our talent pool and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Candidate Assessment & Placement: You will meticulously assess candidate qualifications, conduct in-depth interviews, and determine appropriate compensation packages based on their skills, experience, and market value. Your recommendations will directly influence the success of our projects by ensuring we have the right talent in place.
• Compliance & Documentation: You will ensure all contractor onboarding processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements. This includes managing compliance forms, background checks, and vendor information.
• Database Management: Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate profiles and project files will be critical for efficient talent management and project tracking.
