Job Title: Property Clerk

Career Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Clerk to join our team. As a Property Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping, and maintaining inventory of all center supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing shipping and receiving duties
  • Assist in inventory control and accountability functions
  • Verify all incoming supplies and materials
  • Issue inventory items as specified by center procedures
  • Post and maintain records which may require follow-up
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumable materials, except foodstuffs. Prepare appropriate purchase requisitions for approval
  • Attend staff training sessions as required
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Six months experience in a property/inventory control capacity
  • Knowledge of government property management requirements and procedures desired
