Fillet Specialist

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our True World Foods team as a Production Worker. This role involves learning and mastering fillet skills in our Fresh Salmon section. Key responsibilities include assisting with product preparation, labeling, and packaging items such as dry goods, frozen goods, fresh goods, and fresh fish products in accordance with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (40 degrees and below)
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently in a team environment, be a self-starter, maintain a strong attendance record
• Knife skills helpful - fillet
• Must be dependable

Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour based on location and experience
