Job Title: Registered Nurse - SNF

DaVita is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Services RN. This role requires a strong background in dialysis nursing, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing care plans
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Conduct impactful patient education and training
  • Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure efficient delivery of care
  • Meet and exceed clinical outcomes, while multitasking and prioritizing tasks
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months of RN experience, with a focus on dialysis nursing
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
