Traveling Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at York Hospital for a 36 hour per week night shift position. This role requires a strong background in telemetry and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Active RN license in the state of Maine
- Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a 36 hour per week position, working 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Every other weekend will be required.
